I have been commuting with this bike 60km both ways there and back. It is fast enough with a cap speed of 36 kph which depends on rider weight. The stock all terrain tires are great. I have been using the bike with level 5 power setting and battery gets to 50% one way at 30 km. At level 3 pedal assist I can reach 60 km without charging with at 15 % battery to spare. Overall happy with envo d50.

The D50 is built with a solid, super lightweight, stylish and unisex hydro-formed aluminum alloy frame in small and large frame sizes suitable for people from 5’ all the way to 6’6” rider. This frame allows for bike to be 28kg only. The frame is capable of payload up to 400lbs and offering an ergonomic shape, which makes it easy for the rider to get on and off. The frame is specially designed to minimize all the vibrations and noise from the drive-system, the right wheelbase for a high speed and a pleasurable ride on both paved and unpaved roads.

D50 comes with two options when it comes to cargo rear. You can choose a sleek and stylish integrated rear rack capable of 25kg load, or you can select a cargo rear rack, designed to carry heavy loads and/or even a second passenger.
The D50 is equipped with an advanced pedal assist sensor with optimized torque emulation software. The advanced torque emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) signals the controller to run the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, providing a boost to your pedaling depending on the level of assistance you select while riding. The D50 is equipped with an on-demand thumb throttle that gives you an extra boost which activates the motor proportionally to the twist regardless of pedaling to give you a fully electric ride in case you cannot pedal or need an instant acceleration or uphill push.
