All our suppliers and products sourced are carefully selected and/or are purchased from well known brands around the globe. We try our best of abilities to ensure all certifications and quality standards are met for satisfaction and safety of our customers as well as to meet regulatory requirements.

All electric mobility products sold and serviced at Smart Wheel Canada meets minimum UL Charger and UL Battery Cells requirement for use in USA and CANADA. Some products may carry additional TUV, or CE certificates for European market however it is not mandatory for Canada or USA. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify more specific certification based on their country and region. Smart Wheel Canada will not be responsible for any errors, non-qualifying products or lack of certification for the intended purpose.

Basic Safety Standard for Electric Scooters

Based on new regulations in USA all hoverboard and some self balancing scooters must carry UL2272 certificate for electrical compliance and safety. 

This is volunteer standard in Canada and is not mandatory.
