Smartwheel has partnered with local service centers in Vancouver to better serve our valued customers in the region for order pick-ups and order returns. The customer can now place an order online and can arrange a pickup or return at our partner store, for a fee.

By partnering with local repair and warranty centers in Vancouver, Smartwheel is able to better support and assist our customers with repairs and warranty issues. If you require repair or warranty services for PEVs in Vancouver, you should contact us and we will advise you in making the necessary arrangements. The device can also be picked up from your location for repair, for a fee.
